Step into your leadership journey with the WiN France Leadership Workshop !
A dynamic initiative designed for female students and early-career professionals (from final-year students up to 3 years of professional experience) eager to grow, connect, and make an impact in the nuclear sector. This edition is especially open to IYNC participants and will be delivered as an English-speaking cohort.
Taking place on Saturday, 3rd October, in Avignon (city center- Mercure hotel) from 9:00 to 14:00, this half-day intensive workshop will bring together motivated young women to work in small groups on different leadership topics, guided by experienced mentors from organisations such as OECD-NEA and WiN IAEA, alongside professionals from industry partners and sponsors.

Throughout the morning, participants will take part in interactive, collaborative sessions in a supportive environment designed to strengthen confidence, leadership skills, and professional network.
